Since the first interaction my boyfriend and I had with Jane, the leasing consultant, we have felt like valued future residents. ... Jane went above and beyond to help us with paperwork and setting us up with the right contacts. The process was very smooth and we felt like we were the only people moving in. That is to say that every time we contacted Jane, she was always available and more than willing to speak with us. She never made us feel like we were bothering her or that she was too busy. Everyone here is great. We have had a couple interactions with maintenance and those guys are so friendly and they respond to requests I. A timely manner. I have never lived in an apartment building; always houses so this was a big change for me. I have to say it was not as scary as I thought it would be. We downsized from our home of 41 years. We really like it here and feel very safe. We are still getting used to the lay of ... the land . The staff in the office have been WONDERFUL to us as we are so computer unsavy (we are in our 70's) so modern technology is a little harder for us. I love the grounds and since our old house is just down the street the walk to downtown is no further. ( I am a walker and exercise a lot at the Melrose Y to stay in shape. I can’t praise the Windsor Community enough.The apartments are great, buildings clean and the amenities are great.The maintenance ... crew are well organized,efficient and pleasant.They tray you like a friend or family member.They respond to a call within 2 hours or less and know exactly how to take care of the problem.The management is wonders gracious, helpful and friendly.They speak to all the residents with genuine kindness and caring.Any issues that management deal with is done privately and what the community needs to know they text it out ASAP.Saftey is one of their main concerns so safety’ and any checks are followed up on.They also treat the tena With respect and real friendship!!
